There is power in exercising. And then there is the power in opening up. It is a search within that always leads to growth and this is coupled with a time when we are our sweatiest, and usually our deepest.

Through a mat session, whether in-person and/or virtual, we take on a fitness class while also opening up to questions that will help with our search. All is up to where you want to take it. Your control. Your answers.

If you are thinking there is something on your mind and letting it out would do you well, this is the safe space for you. All fitness levels are welcome and all topics are welcome. Then we Sweat & Vent!
