The Process

  • Assessment

    We will explore your goals and ambitions through targeted questioning, and movement assessing and using an In-Body Composition. This will show us where you are strong and weak at and give us a great starting point to map out the fitness journey.

  • Training

    We will map out a plan to achieve your goals and find a schedule that will bring us closer to achieving the fitness levels you are striving for. The training sessions will build upon each other and through the world class app and/or phone/computer, we will keep in touch and be accountable.
